What you would do

• Make reservations and issue flight tickets for customers
• Book tickets, quote fares and send to customers or as directed
• Arrange reservations and routing for passengers on request
• Inform clients of travel information such as times
• Answer questions on dates, prices, and flight availability
• Assist passengers with changes or cancellations and promote offers
• Use computer reservation systems to check availability
• Determine seat availability for requested travel dates
• Educate customers on company products
• Follow up on enquiries and convert to sales

• OND qualification
• 3 to 4 years of ticketing experience
• Proficiency in any of the three GDS, especially Amadeus and Galileo
• Experience in tour packaging is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
