Territory Sales Manager - Shagamu
About this role
Territory Sales Manager for Shagamu, Ogun, responsible for growing Lumos solar power business through partnerships and direct sales in the assigned area. This role targets individuals with experience in renewable energy, microfinance, telecoms or FMCG markets and strong relationship management skills.
What you would do
- Drive field sales and distribution of solar products in the territory to meet revenue and customer targets
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct field activities, community engagement and market activations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders to boost adoption and retention
- Conduct regular field visits, prospecting and door-to-door sales to generate leads and close sales
- Educate customers on features, benefits and payment options to improve experience and conversion
- Execute territory sales plans and campaigns to expand market penetration and brand visibility
What they are asking for
- OND/HND/bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years' experience in partner development, business development or channel management
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, microfinance banking, telecoms or FMCG sectors preferred
- Strong knowledge of solar PV technology and renewable energy financing models
- Proven track record of developing partnerships with measurable business results
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
