What you would do

• Drive field sales and distribution of solar products in the assigned territory to meet revenue and customer targets
• Identify and acquire new customers through direct field sales, community engagement, and market activations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to boost adoption and retention
• Conduct regular field visits, prospecting, and door-to-door activities to generate leads and close sales
• Educate customers on product features, usage, and payment options to improve experience and conversions
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide insights to management

• Minimum of 2 years in partner development, business development, or channel management (solar, renewable energy, microfinance, telecoms, or FMCG preferred)
