Territory Sales Manager - Ibadan
About this role
Territory Sales Manager role based in Ibadan, to build and manage strategic partnerships and drive solar product sales within the assigned location. It targets candidates with experience in renewable energy, microfinance, telecoms or FMCG and strong stakeholder management skills.
What you would do
- Drive field sales and distribution of solar products to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct field activities and market engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to boost adoption and retention.
- Conduct field visits, prospecting, and door-to-door sales to generate leads and close sales.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits and payment options.
- Monitor sales performance, support cross-functional teams, and participate in meetings and training.

- OND/HND/ Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years in partner development, business development or channel management.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, microfinance banking, telecoms or FMCG preferred.
- Knowledge of solar PV technology and renewable energy financing models.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
