Territory Sales Manager - Eket/Oron
About this role
The role is for a Territory Sales Manager in Eket/Oron, tasked with growing Lumos solar product sales and strategic partnerships in Akwa Ibom. It targets candidates with experience in renewable energy, microfinance, telecom or FMCG and strong relationship-building skills.
What you would do
- Drive field sales and distribution of solar products in the territory to meet revenue and customer targets
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, community engagement and market activations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to boost product adoption and retention
- Conduct regular field visits, prospecting and door-to-door activities to generate leads and close sales
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, usage and payment options
- Monitor market trends, gather feedback, and report sales performance against KPIs

- OND/HND/Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in partner development, business development or channel management
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, microfinance banking, telecom or FMCG sectors preferred
- Strong knowledge of solar PV and renewable energy financing models
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as required
