Territory Sales Manager - Ado Odo

What you would do

• Drive field sales and distribution of solar products in the territory to meet revenue and customer targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers through direct field sales, community engagement and market activations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to boost adoption and retention.
• Conduct regular field visits, prospecting, and door-to-door sales to generate leads and close sales.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and payment options to improve sales conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.

• OND or higher with a degree.
• Minimum 2 years in partner development, business development or channel management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, microfinance banking, telecommunications, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV technology and renewable energy financing models.
• Proven track record of developing partnerships that deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
