Role overview: This position manages a defined territory in Lagos to achieve primary and secondary sales targets. It involves coordinating distributors, ensuring stock availability, supervising distributor sales reps, expanding outlet coverage and enforcing route-to-market standards.
What you would do
- Drive primary sales targets for the territory through distributor orders.
- Onboard distributors to ensure territory coverage.
- Develop distributor-wise and SKU-wise order plans.
- Supervise distributor sales reps to achieve secondary sales targets and route productivity.
- Expand numeric distribution and execute route-to-market plans.
- Maintain regular engagement with distributors and customers.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree or HND/OND in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
- NYSC completion where applicable.
- 3-5 years FMCG field-sales experience, preferably beverages with distributor and route supervision exposure.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage; willingness to travel extensively and work Monday to Saturday.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone and approved sales automation tools for daily reporting.
