The Territory Growth Officer at ProcessFlow Consulting is responsible for expanding power-bank rentals within a designated cluster in Kaduna. What you would do

• Grow daily power-bank rentals across all assigned locations.
• Meet and exceed rental targets per location.
• Identify low-performing locations and take action to improve usage.
• Drive repeat usage among existing customers.
• Support Operators with community-level awareness and customer acquisition.
• Target markets, campuses, motor parks, transport hubs and other high-footfall areas.
• Coordinate local activations and partnerships that generate rentals.
• Visit assigned Operators regularly and ensure availability and promotion of stations.
• Monitor Operator compliance with processes and standards; coach underperforming Operators and escalate issues.
• Report rental performance, field activity and issues to the Head of Operations.
