Territory Development Officer (TDO)

About this role

The Territory Development Officer leads growth in leases and asset finance within a defined area, focusing on market research, lead generation and client acquisition. It suits someone with field sales experience and strong commercial awareness who can operate in Kosofe, Lagos on a full‑time basis.

What you would do

• Qualify leads based on repayment capacity, income, financing needs and guarantor availability
• Maintain daily/weekly activity and sales reports and ensure KYC compliance
• Maintain and follow up on lead and customer information to convert prospects
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics
• Build and maintain a pipeline of at least 100 leads with a minimum of 30 hot leads
• Provide market and competitor intelligence reports and map potential customers in the territory

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field (advantage)
• Basic digital literacy and ability to use CRM tools or tablets
