Territory Development Officer (Eti-Osa)

What you would do

• Identify and develop qualified prospects in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and manage leads

• Support client acquisition and onboarding
• Generate reports on pipeline, market trends and Territory performance

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field (advantage)
• 2–5 years’ experience in field sales, business development, microfinance, asset finance, leasing or related sector
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills

• Basic digital literacy and experience with CRM systems or tablets for onboarding/reporting
