Territory Development Executive
About this role
The Territory Development Executive role is for someone to drive sales growth and expand market coverage in Lagos Island, managing relationships with new and existing customers. It targets candidates with field sales experience who know Lagos Island and surrounding markets.
What you would do
- Ensure product availability, visibility and distribution within the territory
- Develop and manage sales within the assigned territory
- Monitor market activities, competitor products, pricing and customer needs
- Achieve sales, distribution and revenue targets
- Visit customers regularly and maintain strong business relationships
- Identify and acquire new customers, outlets, dealers and business opportunities
What they are asking for
- OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the territory
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, territory management, FMCG, distribution or related roles
- Proven ability to acquire customers and meet sales targets
- Strong knowledge of Lagos Island and surrounding markets
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
