Territory Development Executive

About this role

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a Territory Development Executive to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, acquire new customers, and manage relationships with existing customers across Lagos Island. The role suits someone with experience in sales or territory management and knowledge of Lagos Island markets.

What you would do

• Develop and manage sales within the assigned territory.
• Identify and acquire new customers, outlets, dealers, and business opportunities.
• Visit customers regularly and maintain strong business relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales, distribution, and revenue targets.
• Monitor market activities, competitor products, pricing, and customer needs.
• Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and distribution within the territory.

• OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years' experience in sales, territory management, FMCG, distribution, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos Island and surrounding markets.
• Proven ability to acquire customers and achieve sales targets.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
