Terminal Managers
About this role
The role is for a Terminal Manager in Lagos who will oversee the terminal’s daily operations, ensure safety and policy compliance, and coordinate staff, drivers and passengers to deliver efficient transport and logistics services. What you would do
- Coordinate departures, arrivals, passenger movement and scheduling
- Oversee day-to-day terminal operations
- Maintain a professional terminal environment and resolve passenger issues
- Monitor staffing, assign duties and supervise staff and drivers
- Track attendance, productivity and performance of personnel
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective measures
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and incident reporting
- Monitor ticketing, collections and terminal expenses
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management
- Provide timely reports on performance, incidents and feedback and assist with operational improvements

- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field
- Experience in transportation, logistics, terminal, fleet, or operations management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational demands

- Male candidates preferred based on current operational requirements
