About this role
A Terminal Manager is needed to oversee daily terminal operations in Owerri, Imo. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, customer service, safety, and coordination of staff, drivers, passengers and logistics for the company’s terminal.
What you would do
- Manage day-to-day terminal operations
- Coordinate vehicle departures, arrivals, passenger movement and scheduling
- Ensure timely execution of trips and terminal activities
- Monitor resources and ensure proper utilisation
- Supervise terminal staff and drivers, and allocate duties
- Prepare operational reports and monitor performance against targets
