Terminal Manager (Enugu)
About this role
A full‑time Terminal Manager position based in Enugu, overseeing daily terminal operations, safety and customer service, and coordinating staff, drivers and logistics. The role targets candidates with experience in transport, logistics or operations management who reside in Enugu or are able to relocate for the role.
What you would do
- Oversee day‑to‑day terminal operations
- Coordinate departures, arrivals, passenger movement and scheduling
- Monitor resources and ensure proper utilisation
- Supervise terminal staff and allocate duties
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and report incidents
- Prepare operational reports and monitor performance against targets

- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a related field (Business Administration, Transport/Lagos Management, Logistics, Operations Management)
