Terminal Manager
About this role
The Terminal Manager oversees the daily operations of the company’s terminal, ensuring smooth transport activities, safety, and customer service in Lagos. The role focuses on coordinating staff, drivers, passengers, and logistics to meet performance targets and company standards.
What you would do
- Oversee day-to-day terminal operations
- Coordinate departures, arrivals, passenger movement and scheduling
- Handle and resolve passenger complaints and operational concerns
- Supervise terminal staff, drivers and operational personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and incident reporting
- Prepare operational reports and monitor terminal performance against targets

- Experience in transportation, logistics, terminal, fleet or operations management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational demands
- Strong knowledge of terminal and passenger operations
- Good communication and leadership skills
