What you would do

• Monitor and evaluate collection activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Review collection calls and customer interactions for quality and compliance
• Identify process violations and assess staff performance
• Recommend corrective actions to improve recovery rates and efficiency
• Conduct desk collections via phone calls to customers
• Manage accounts based on the assigned bucket
• Achieve and report on collection targets
• Monitor, record, and report collection results regularly
• Support customer experience improvements within collections
• Collaborate with the Head of Collections as required

• HND qualification with 2–4 years of experience for the Collection Quality Assurance Officer
• SSCE, BSc, Diploma or HND for the Collection Officer
• Relevant experience in banking or collections
• Ability to conduct phone-based collections and handle customer interactions
• Strong understanding of collection targets and reporting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in written and verbal English
• Attention to regulatory compliance and customer service standards
• Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Surulere, Lagos
• Must be able to work full-time
