Tender Manager (H / F)

About this role

A Tender Manager is sought for Port Harcourt to lead costings, bid preparation and clarifications for oil and gas EPC projects, ensuring alignment with health, safety and quality values. The role targets professionals with experience in tendering or proposals within the oil and gas sector and is based in Port Harcourt on a project-based contract.

What you would do

• Liaise with suppliers, partners and internal departments to define tender deliverables
• Contribute to business development activities as needed
• Review tender documentation including technical specs and commercial requirements
• Prepare and manage cost calculations, budgets and pricing for tenders
• Propose technical solutions, execution strategies and work schedules
• Coordinate with Planning & Risk, Technical, Contract and Procurement teams on tender matters and maintain records

• Minimum 5 years in a similar tender, bid or proposal role in an Oil & Gas EPC company
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Mechanical Engineering degree or similar
