Telesales Operations Associate
About this role
M-KOPA is hiring a Telesales Operations Associate in Lagos. The role provides operational support for the Telesales Team, working in the office with a hybrid setup and collaborating with colleagues across the UK, Europe and Africa. It acts as the link between sales agents, shop teams and delivery partners to ensure every sale is fulfilled.
What you would do
- Support telesales agents with account creation, device unlocking and completing compliance and documentation before handover
- Coordinate delivery requests with DSRs and shop teams, chasing delayed or failed deliveries until resolved
- Monitor stock levels across shops and escalate shortages before they disrupt sales
- Keep CRM and internal systems updated with accurate fulfilment and delivery status
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Telesales Team Leader
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field
- 3–5 years' experience in telesales operations, sales administration, customer service or operations support (an added advantage)
- Strong CRM experience with systems such as FreshDesk, 3CX or similar
- Sharp organisational instincts and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
