Telesales Officer

What you would do

• Drive customer acquisition using assigned and self-generated leads to meet sales targets
• Engage customers and close sales, provide application support
• Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, loan processing, and other requests within service standards
• Process loan transactions according to company policies
• Deliver high-quality customer service and meet KPIs and performance targets
• Provide feedback on customer needs, products and processes to support improvement

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, direct sales, customer acquisition, or related roles is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work morning, day, afternoon, and evening shifts; Saturday work may be required
• Evening shift may be work-from-home
