Telesales Officer

What you would do

• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Distribution teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered
• Monitor and escalate customer feedback and unresolved complaints
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain knowledge of products and market trends
• Communicate regularly with customers to sustain relationships
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned
• Provide customers with information on availability, prices, promotions and delivery
• Keep records of customer calls, orders, follow-ups and sales activities
• Follow up on previous orders, pending payments and repeat purchases
• Receive and process orders accurately and promptly
