Telesales Executive
About this role
A Telesales Executive role in Lagos for individuals to drive customer acquisition, handle sales conversations, and support customers through the loan process. What you would do
- Drive customer acquisition through own and assigned leads to meet sales targets
- Engage customers, close sales, and provide application support
- Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, loan processing and other requests within service standards
- Process loan transactions in line with company policies
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting KPIs and targets
- Provide feedback on customer needs, products and processes to support improvement
