What you would do
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Introduce and explain the company’s products and services
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Follow up on enquiries and previous customer interactions
- Schedule appointments and sales meetings where necessary
- Conduct telephone surveys and collect customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-up activities
- Handle basic customer enquiries professionally
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets
- Submit daily and weekly telemarketing reports

- SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call centre operations is an advantage
