Telecom Team Lead
About this role
A full‑time Telecom Team Lead in Lagos who will supervise field engineering teams across installation, integration, and maintenance of telecoms equipment, with a focus on Ericsson and other vendor platforms. The role targets experienced personnel in Ericsson RAN, BTS, transmission links, and site surveys to support project delivery for Moytel Consultants Limited.
What you would do
- Lead field engineering teams in installation, integration, commissioning, testing and maintenance of telecoms network equipment.
- Provide technical leadership for Ericsson RAN, BTS, radio and baseband installation and integration activities.
- Coordinate Ericsson M-MIMO deployments including installation, cabling, configuration, integration, testing and site readiness.
- Supervise BTS and radio equipment installation per Ericsson standards, method statements and customer specs.
- Lead installation and integration of transmission links across Huawei MW, E-Band, Ericsson MINI-LINK, Aviat and Nokia platforms.
- Provide technical support for transmission link alignment, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting and integration with the existing network.

- Proficiency with Ericsson Radio Units and Baseband equipment, configuration and integration.
- Experience with BTS installation, integration, commissioning and site implementation.

- Familiarity with EriTop for EHS compliance, quality audits and site documentation.
- Knowledge of SRS testing and technical site surveys (TSS) and ability to prepare site survey reports.
