What you would do

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements to boost productivity and product quality.
• Maintain monthly issue resolution rates and implement improvements.
• Enhance customer engagement and retention through product features and content.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimise resource allocation.
• Provide product management and support aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain monthly configuration and issue resolution records.
• Address escalated issues involving the product team promptly.

• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools.

• Ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks and communicate effectively.
