What you would do

• Install, maintain and repair mechanical equipment and components used in milling and packaging operations.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and complete maintenance and inspection reports.
• Respond promptly to mechanical faults and breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance per approved schedules.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, repair manuals and parts catalogues to carry out tasks.
• Ensure maintenance and repair activities are properly documented and signed off.
• Follow up on requests for spare parts, tools and materials required for maintenance activities.
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety procedures and mechanical standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping to keep a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
