Victoria Travels is expanding its ride-hailing arm, VT Ride, and seeks a Technical Support Officer to assist riders and customers in Makurdi, Benue. What you would do

• Provide technical and operational support to riders and customers.
• Handle issues related to the ride-hailing platform, rider accounts, bookings and trip activities.
• Troubleshoot basic application and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and escalate technical issues affecting ride operations.
• Support smooth daily operation of VT Ride operations.
