What you would do

- Develop and coordinate technical training programmes for customers, staff and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations, customer training and after-sales support.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports with growth recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between sales activities and training centre operations.
- Support delivery of training and demonstrations as required.
- Maintain effective coordination between sales and training centre teams.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in technical sales, business development or a related role.
- Experience in training coordination, training centre management or technical service delivery is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and coordinate multiple operational activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
