Technical Sales Representative - Food & Feed

What you would do
- Expand the Food & Feed customer portfolio
- Achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Provide technical recommendations and application support
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales forecasts
- Coordinate with supply chain and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records and market intelligence
- Ensure compliance with EHSQ standards and industry regulations

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, Nutrition or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of food and feed ingredients and applications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development or application support within Food & Feed
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Commercial acumen with understanding of market dynamics
- Fluent written and verbal English
