Technical Sales Manager – PMD (Oil & Gas)

About this role

An experienced Technical Sales Manager is sought to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage key OEM and client relationships in the Oil & Gas sector. The role requires deep technical knowledge with commercial acumen to close high-value deals across upstream and downstream projects. The position is based in Lagos.

What you would do

• Drive sales growth for assigned products and solutions
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
• Manage the opportunity pipeline and CRM reporting
• Build and sustain executive-level customer relationships
• Lead OEM coordination for projects within Nigeria
• Deliver revenue and EBITDA targets

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field
• Minimum 8 years’ sales experience, including at least 5 years in Oil & Gas
• Strong track record in technical solution sales
