Technical Sales Executive
About this role
DMS Automations Limited is recruiting a Technical Sales Executive in Nigeria. What you would do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Present technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage client accounts in the Upstream sector of Nigeria's oil and gas industry
- Present product offerings and demonstrate value to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors
- Prepare proposals and sales presentations as required
- Support contract negotiations and closing of sales opportunities
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Geology, Geophysics or related field
- Proven track record of success in technical sales and existing client base
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of oilfield processes and the Nigerian oil and gas industry (Upstream and Downstream)
- Ability to present technical information to diverse audiences
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven client account management experience in the Upstream sector of Nigeria's oil and gas industry
