About this role
Technical Sales Engineer for heavy construction equipment, focused on business-to-business sales and related technical support. The role targets candidates with engineering or technical sales background and experience in heavy equipment, willing to travel to client sites in Nigeria.
What you would do
- Prepare quotations, proposals and technical documentation
- Identify new business opportunities and develop prospective accounts
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Assess customer technical requirements and recommend suitable equipment
- Collaborate with engineering, service and after-sales teams and conduct product demonstrations

- Professional engineering or sales certification is an advantage
- Experience with construction companies, contractors, project managers and equipment users
- Proven track record in business development and B2B sales
- HND, BSc or BEng in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or related field with 5–8 years in technical sales or heavy equipment sales
- Strong knowledge of heavy construction equipment and their applications
- Willingness to travel to customer and project sites
