Technical Recruiter (Remote)

NimbleByte Global is hiring a remote Technical Recruiter. The role focuses on leading recruitment for consultants, software developers and other roles aligned to the company’s business needs, while also managing day-to-day HR operations and people processes. The recruiter will build candidate pipelines, coordinate screening, interviews, offers, onboarding and recruitment follow-up, and establish clear HR processes and performance expectations to support professional team operation. The position targets candidates with prior experience placing senior or staff-level engineers and who have background in sourcing from technical platforms and communities. Compensation is in US dollars per the advert, with a base salary and a performance-based bonus per successful hire.

What you would do

• Lead recruitment for consultants, software developers and other roles based on business needs.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, attendance, documentation and workplace matters.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines; coordinate screening, interviews, offers, onboarding and follow-up.
• Create HR processes, performance expectations, reporting routines and accountability practices.

• Previous placements of senior, lead or staff-level engineers.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Hugging Face, Kaggle and specialist technical communities.
• At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with Nigerian contract staffing or international remote hiring.
• Experience handling compensation, notice periods, counteroffers and contractor availability.
• Strong spoken and written English.
