Technical Program Manager, Deployment
About this role
A Technical Program Manager to lead Zipline Nigeria deployments, coordinating end-to-end planning, execution and governance across multiple sites and cross-functional teams. Seeks someone with substantial experience in managing complex technical or operational deployment programs, including infrastructure or real-world systems, preferably with Nigeria exposure.
What you would do
- Own the master Nigeria deployment plan and scheduling across multiple launches
- Coordinate construction, procurement, shipping, commissioning, regulatory approvals, software readiness, operations readiness, hiring and training
- Maintain a single source of truth for program health and milestones
- Drive cross-functional execution and accountability across Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Regulatory, Operations and Finance
- Lead governance activities including weekly reviews, risk assessments and post-launch retrospectives
- Build scalable planning tools, dashboards and playbooks to standardise deployments globally

- 6+ years leading complex deployment or related programs
- Experience launching complex physical infrastructure or real-world systems
- Experience managing cross-functional programs with long lead dependencies
- Experience with scheduling/PM tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Airtable) and building dashboards
- Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria and internationally, and work across time zones
