What you would do

• Diagnose, neutralise and correct hardware, software and configurations.
• Manage network fault and resolution processes.

• Handle escalated tickets in a timely and effective manner.
• Install, prepare and troubleshoot telecoms network equipment.

• Willing to work in any part of Nigeria.
• 0 to 2 years’ experience in telecommunications.
• Postgraduate degree or professional certification in telecommunications or engineering is an added advantage.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Good knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
• First class or minimum second class upper in electrical/electronic or telecommunications engineering or related discipline.
• Not more than 30 years of age.
