What you would do

• Manage network faults and resolutions
• Diagnose, neutralise and correct hardware, software and configuration issues
• Handle escalated tickets in a timely and effective manner
• Install, prepare and troubleshoot telecoms network equipment
• Modify circuitry to improve network performance

• 1st Class or 2:1 in Electrical/Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate degree or professional certification in telecoms or engineering (advantageous)
• Must have completed NYSC
• 0–2 years’ experience in telecommunications
• Age not more than 30
• Willing to work in any part of Nigeria
• Good knowledge of MS Office (advantageous)
