What you would do
- Evaluate technical solutions from consultants or contractors to protect the client's interests.
- Collaborate with the client to draft and manage annual repairs and maintenance budgets.
- Correspond with and manage technical services stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and staff.
- Evaluate and approve new service providers for the approved contractor list.
- Ensure timely follow-up of complaints and issues.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations per the Service Level Agreement.
- Monitor expenditure and obtain approval for over expenditures.
- Ensure contractors comply with safety legislation and contract obligations.
- Approve invoices after satisfactory delivery of work.
- Promote economical use of energy and utilities and minimise wastage.

- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act administration.
- Ability to read and write English and communicate well internally and externally.
- Hands-on technician experience with HVAC knowledge.
