Technical Facility Manager
About this role
Relief360 Limited is seeking a hands-on Technical Facility Manager to oversee facility operations in Lagos. The role involves carrying out routine maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building systems, monitoring generators and other equipment, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules. The position requires coordinating specialist contractors and ensuring safety standards are met, with responsibilities including maintaining asset registers, work orders and maintenance reports. It targets candidates with technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering and at least three years of relevant hands-on experience. The role is full-time and onsite in Lagos.
What you would do
- Diagnose and resolve routine electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building maintenance faults
- Monitor generators, pumps, water treatment systems and other facility equipment
- Conduct inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain asset registers, work orders and maintenance reports
- Coordinate specialist contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards
What they are asking for
- OND or HND in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Strong practical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Good organisational, communication and reporting skills
- Experience in facility or building maintenance is an advantage
