What you would do
- Support customer and market research, sales analysis, proposals, presentations, opportunity tracking and commercial follow-up.
- Analyse pricing, product margins, customer demand, sales performance, inventory, delivery performance and working-capital indicators.
- Coordinate actions across sales, production, procurement, logistics, quality and finance with owners, deadlines and progress updates.
- Support production and operational planning, product availability, process improvement and issue resolution.
- Prepare concise weekly reports, monthly business updates, risk logs and improvement proposals.
- Participate in customer visits, factory activities and cross-functional assignments while observing safety, regulatory and ethical requirements.
- Contribute to projects that improve customer service, commercial performance, operational efficiency or profitability.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Marketing, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
- Typically 3–7 years of progressive experience (strong candidates outside this range may be considered).
- Exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, sales operations or supply chain is desirable.
- Strong numerical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good ownership, coordination and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and written reporting.
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria and work across factory, customer and operational locations.
