Technical and Operations Manager
About this role
A full-time Technical and Operations Manager role responsible for leading field operations, engineering support, project delivery, and HSE compliance in the oil and gas servicing sector. Located in Lekki (Chevron), Lagos, for candidates with strong managerial and technical credentials.
What you would do
- Provide technical leadership for operations and projects
- Oversee regulatory compliance and HSE standards
- Support tendering and commercial activities
- Manage client relationships and project reporting
- Plan and coordinate operations, quality, and asset utilisation
- Collaborate across functions and advise on project execution and business growth

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive upstream oil and gas or oilfield services experience
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience with IOCs, indigenous operators, or EPC/major service companies preferred
- Master’s degree in engineering, project management, or business administration is an advantage
- Professional body membership (eg NSE, SPE, PMI) is desirable
