Technical and Mall Coordinator
About this role
A full-time Technical and Mall Coordinator responsible for managing day-to-day technical operations of a large commercial mall, coordinating technicians and maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, generators and related systems. The role targets candidates with hands-on troubleshooting skills and experience in mall or large facility environments.
What you would do
- Coordinate daily technical and maintenance activities across the mall
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, generators and pumps
- Supervise technicians, contractors and external service providers
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure timely fault resolution
- Monitor critical equipment and manage maintenance requests/work orders
What they are asking for
- BSc/HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in mall operations, facilities management or similar environment
- Strong hands-on technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills
- Practical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, generators and pumps
- Experience supervising technicians and coordinating contractors/service providers
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and high-occupancy facilities preferred
