Technical Adviser
About this role
A Technical Adviser is needed to ensure Abuja branches operate smoothly, maintaining kitchen equipment, facilities, and systems, and to oversee technical work for new branch openings. The role involves reviewing staff ideas and bridging operations with innovation for a fast-growing restaurant chain.
What you would do
- Keep kitchen appliances, machinery and facilities in top working condition
- Arrange regular servicing and fix broken equipment quickly
- Provide daily technical expertise to managers and kitchen teams
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks and suggest solutions to reduce waste
- Lead technical planning, installation and setup for new branches
- Ensure new locations meet corporate and operational standards before launch
What they are asking for
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Hospitality Management or related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities, equipment maintenance or operations (preferably in restaurant, hotel or retail)
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen systems and building maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills
- Good communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff, technicians and management
- Experience coordinating technical work for new branch openings (desirable)
