About this role
A full-time Tech Sales Representative role based in Lekki, Lagos (hybrid) for a fast-growing recruitment firm. The role focuses on driving user acquisition and onboarding for the company’s mobile/web application, engaging potential users and converting them into active users.
What you would do
- Identify and engage potential users online and offline
- Explain app features and benefits to prospective users
- Assist users with registration and onboarding
- Convert prospects into active users and meet user acquisition targets
- Follow up with users and maintain relationships
- Educate users on navigating and using the app
What they are asking for
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications or related field
- 1–2 years in sales, business development, customer acquisition or technology sales is an advantage
- Strong interest in technology and digital products
- Comfortable engaging potential users online and offline
- Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets or sales tracking platforms (advantage)
