Team Member – Supply Chain

About this role

AXA Mansard is seeking a Supply Chain officer to lead the end-to-end supply chain for Medisupply, the health insurance pharmacy benefits management arm. The role covers sourcing, procuring, stocking and distributing drugs, optical products and related consumables across Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja to meet cost, quality and service targets. It targets candidates with a pharmacy, pharmacology or life sciences background and experience in PBM or health insurance supply chains.

What you would do

• Procure and manage vendors for drugs, optical products and related consumables.
• Oversee formulary and inventory management across Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja.
• Ensure quality assurance and oversee claims related to the supply chain.
• Coordinate logistics and network operations across three hubs.
• Manage financial and data aspects of supply chain activities.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology or life sciences.
• Experience in a PBM, HMO or health insurance supply chain environment.
• 2 to 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical procurement, supply chain or inventory management.
• Demonstrated experience managing a drug formulary with 2,000+ SKUs and multi-location supply operations.
• Familiarity with last-mile logistics and rider fleet management in Nigeria.
• Experience with optical or medical device procurement.
