Team Member - Operational Risk & Internal Control

What you would do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement and standardise risk management framework and related standards.
• Develop, monitor and report risk appetite statements and limits for operational risk areas.
• Facilitate implementation of the AXA Group Internal Control framework.
• Maintain oversight of internal control project implementation.
• Provide managers with internal control methodological support and ensure control documentation and assessment are up to standard.
• Deliver timely reporting on internal control framework and deficiencies with escalation and action plans.
• Communicate on internal control matters to support ownership and accountability.
• Develop training materials on internal control objectives and methodology.
• Ensure escalation of internal control issues and maintain risk alerts with local correspondents.
• Coordinate with risk-related functions across second and third lines of defence and participate in risk committees.
