What you would do

• Supervise daily bar operations and staff.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and beverage presentation.
• Monitor inventory, control wastage and manage costs.
• Ensure accurate billing and operating procedures are followed.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and supervision to bar team.
• Address guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Promote beverage sales through upselling initiatives.
• Coordinate with other Food and Beverage outlets to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and compliance with hotel standards.

• OND or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service or related field.
• Two to three years of relevant bar operations experience in upscale hotels, restaurants or similar venues.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails and bar service standards.
• Experience with inventory control, beverage cost management, POS operations and cash handling.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety and responsible alcohol-service practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
