A Team Leader for Field Service will oversee Siemens Energy’s field service and repair team for the Compression business across Nigeria and West Africa, managing resource planning, execution and post-job analysis while providing technical guidance and ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery.
What you would do
- Lead and supervise field service employees and set performance objectives.
- Plan, schedule and allocate resources to meet field service requirements.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of field service jobs from pre-planning to post-job analysis.
- Provide technical and operational guidance to field service teams and act as escalation point for complex issues.
- Monitor asset performance at customer sites and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety policies.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and operational status to regional management.
