Team Lead, Tailored Learning
About this role
Westfield Consulting is seeking a Team Lead, Tailored Learning Solutions in Lagos, Nigeria. The role drives revenue growth through the design, commercialisation and delivery of customised learning solutions addressing client business, leadership and capability development needs, and leads client engagement, solution design, programme delivery and business development across financial and non-financial sectors.
What you would do
- Lead training needs assessments and competency gap analyses for clients
- Design, develop and deliver customised learning interventions aligned with client objectives
- Develop industry-relevant curricula, case studies, and capability-building solutions
- Drive development and growth of Academy offerings and tailored certification programmes
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities; prepare proposals and client presentations
- Build and manage strategic client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Education, Social Sciences or related discipline; MSc an added advantage
- Professional certification such as PMP, CIPD, CIPM, SHRM, ACIB, ACCA or related is advantageous
- 6 to 8 years' experience in Learning & Development, Consulting, Talent Development, Corporate Training, or Business Development
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum design and development, training needs analysis, consulting, business development, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, learning technologies and business analytics tools
- Core competencies include learning solution design, training needs analysis, curriculum development, facilitation and coaching, proposal development, client relationship management and project management
