What you would do
- Lead and coach the Systems Administrators team, manage workload, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Design, implement and maintain core IT infrastructure including servers and Proxmox; maintain documentation and plan upgrades with minimal downtime.
- Design, deploy and manage cloud networks across GCP, OCI and Azure; configure VPCs, subnets, peering, firewalls and private connectivity.
- Build and manage AI-assisted automation; develop workflows using n8n and promote responsible AI usage.
- Administer xCALLY PBX; troubleshoot telephony incidents and coordinate with ISPs for uptime and quality.
- Develop automation scripts and IaC (Terraform, Ansible); implement monitoring with Grafana/Prometheus/Nagios; produce clear runbooks and documentation.

- 5+ years in systems administration, infrastructure or network engineering; at least 2 years in team leadership.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- Certifications in CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, GCP/Azure/OCI, or Linux are desirable but not required.
- Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux administration; experience with Directory as a Service.
- Cloud networking experience across GCP, OCI and Azure; Proxmox virtualization and enterprise networking gear.
- Scripting and automation skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash); knowledge of Ansible and Terraform; experience with n8n; monitoring tools such as Grafana/Prometheus/Nagios/PRTG.
