What you would do

• Manage lost and found in line with company policy.
• Conduct patrols and inspections of all property areas.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure evacuation routes and signage are compliant.
• Lead fire safety initiatives and routine checks of firefighting equipment.
• Coordinate safety awareness and emergency preparedness programs for colleagues.
• Lead emergency response during alarms, medical or security incidents and liaise with emergency services.
• Prepare duty rosters, briefings and performance evaluations; maintain incident and safety records.
